These chips taste really good with a little rosemary and a hummus dip! Xx
1 broccoli steam, peeled down to soft inner layer and cut into chips
salt, pepper and herbs to taste
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Place broccoli chips on try coat with a dollop of olive oil.
Add salt pepper and herbs to taste.
Place in oven and cook for approx 25 minutes until the chips begin to brown, turning halfway through.
Extra info: Make sure you remove the hard outer layer fully from the broccoli stem as this becomes very bitter when cooked.
