Carrot Cake Porridge

Hey Everyone,
Carrot cake porridge for breakfast? Why not, especially when its full of such
healthy ingredients! This is my go to breakfast. I have it nearly every
morning. I am obsessed with trying to eat as much veggies as 
possible! Xx

Serves: 1 Time: 10-15 minutes

3/4 cup porridge oats
1 1/2 cups water or milk of choice
Generous pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 medium carrot grated
1/2 a apple grated
1/2 a sliced banana
2 tlb’s desseciated coconut
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Place oats, water/milk of choice ,salt, cinnamon, grated carrot and apple into a medium sized saucepan.
Place saucepan on medium to low heat stirring continuously until  
preferred consistency. This should take a few minutes.
Once cooked to preferred consistency place in bowl add sliced banana, 
coconut and chopped walnuts.
