Vegan Banana Chocolate Ice Cream

Hey Everyone, Hope you are all well! Here’s my first blog post: a simple
yet tasty 3 ingredient vegan chocolate ice cream. It is quite icy when
taken out of the freezer. I find leaving it sit at room temperature
for 20 mins makes it less icy and extra good. 
Ps- My partner who is obsessed with Ben and Jerry’s cookie dough
ice cream loved this ice cream 🙂

Serves: 2/3       Time: 5 mins

2  chopped up bananas frozen
2 tlb’s cocoa powder
2-3 tlb’s water or alternative milk of choice

Place frozen bananas, cocoa powder, 2 tlbs water or milk alternative
into high speed blender.
Blend until smooth. You may need to add 1 or 2 more tablespoons of 
liquid to reach a smooth consistency. The amount of liquid needed will 
depend on the size of bananas used.
